It all starts with your flowers. Once your order is placed, we’ll guide you through drop-off or postage, and work closely with you to create a design that feels uniquely yours. Your preserved florals will be professionally pressed, styled, and framed – ready to become a meaningful piece of art in your home.

From your first enquiry to the moment you hold your finished frame in your hands, this isn’t just a process - it’s a pause.
A chance to slow down and savour something truly special.
Each step is guided with ease, heart, and purpose, so your most meaningful moments are preserved, beautifully and thoughtfully, for years to come.

  • Step 1 - Reserve Your Date

    Begin by securing your preservation date online. You’ll find a range of frame styles and sizing options in our "Shop'.

    This step ensures your florals are booked into our preservation calendar and held with love and intention, ready for their next chapter.

  • Step 2 - Let's Get To Know you

    Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to your personalised questionnaire.

    This helps us gather all the little details – from bouquet ingredients to initial layout thoughts – so we can craft a keepsake that reflects your vision perfectly.

  • Step 3 - Pre-Wedding Care

    In the week leading up to your big day, we’ll send you a guide with simple care tips and clear instructions on how to drop off your blooms.

    You’ll feel completely supported, knowing exactly what to do once the celebrations are over.

    Krissy is always on her emails, so if you have ant additional questions just let her know.

  • Step 4 - Deliver your blooms

    Step 4 - Deliver your blooms

    After your event, bring your flowers to our Mount Hawthorn studio within 2–3 days.

    We’ll provide everything you need to know to ensure your blooms arrive fresh and photo-ready for pressing.

  • Step 5 - Into the press

    Your flowers are gently pressed and preserved over a minimum of six weeks – a slow, intentional process that captures their colour, texture, and shape with precision.

    We take great care during this phase to ensure your blooms are treated with the care they deserve.

  • Step 6 - Design Consultation

    Once preservation is complete, we’ll be in touch to begin your design consultation.

    Together, we’ll finalise frame selections, layout preferences, and any sentimental details you’d like to include – all to create a piece that feels entirely you.

  • Step 7 - Mockups & Approval

    After your flowers are reconstructed and colour corrected (if needed), we’ll create your design mockups and send them through for review.

    You’ll be able to provide feedback, request changes, and collaborate with us until every detail feels just right.

    We won’t move forward until you’re 100% happy.

  • Step 8 - Framing & Finishing Touches

    With your final design approved, we’ll begin the delicate process of arranging, gluing, and sealing your blooms by hand - each element placed with care and intention.

    Your timber frame is custom-made by our trusted local framers using premium materials, then returned to our studio where we carefully complete the piece - fitting the glass and assembling your keepsake to perfection.

  • Step 9 - Collect & Treasure

    Once your keepsake is complete, it’s lovingly wrapped and ready for collection – we’ll let you know as soon as it’s time.

    While we don’t get to see the unwrapping, we do get to witness the joy (and sometimes a few happy tears) as you take your flowers home - now beautifully preserved as something truly timeless.

  • Step 10 - Tell Us Everything

    Once your keepsake is home and hanging proudly, we’d love to hear what you think!

    A quick review (aka love note) helps us grow, reach new flower lovers, and keep doing what we love.

    Bonus points if your dog is in the photo. Just saying.
